In case you have not yet reset your initial password, it might be best to confirm that with the original welcome email you received upon acceptance. You may just need to look through your personal email account for that information. Initially, the password is set as PassMMDD where MM represents the 2-digit month and DD represents the 2-digit day of the birthdate we have on file for you. Keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive. Also, remember that you need to enter your full Carolina University email address for access. Please verify the domain is carolinau.edu before proceeding. 


If you still cannot access your account, proceed with the self-service portal by clicking on the Login button at my.carolinau.edu. Our SSO portal has a self-service link that will allow you to reset your own password and gain access to your account.
